Beer of the Week: Lion Lager

Coming to us from Sri Lanka, this beer is watery with some stale bitterness. Pours into the glass with a slightly dark yellow color, not unlike urine. It has a foamy head, for those who enjoy that, but it's not overly fizzy.

With a little sweetness, it tastes like beer, but a cheap beer. It's by no means the worst beer I've ever had, but it's far, far from one of the best.

You can drink it, and it won't hurt you, but I can't really recommend it for serious beer snobs.
