Notes: I've been reading this mystery author's Web site and blog for months, so figured it was high time I picked up one of his novels. "Whiskey Sour" is his first published novel, but he had me hooked within the first thirty pages.
Mini review: Not for the weak of heart, though not completely filled with gore. Has entertaining, funny characters, but also keeps a darker edge.
